Frequently Asked Questions

What you'll want to know beforehand

Which classes can I book for free?

The Reformer Introduction — or a regular class: Reformer Pilates Beginner, Reformer Pilates All Levels or Reformer Intermediate. Once you click “Book for free”, you'll see exactly the classes that qualify. One class is free — you choose which.

What happens in the Reformer Introduction?

You'll get to know the studio, the Reformer and the basics in a relaxed atmosphere — with a studio tour, a safety briefing and a short workout. No commitment, no prior experience needed.

What if I can't make it after all?

You can cancel any time until the class starts, in your account under “My account” — the spot then opens up for someone else. Please note: your free spot is for this one date. If you cancel or don't show up, the free class is used up — so pick a time you can definitely make.

What should I wear — and do I need special socks?

Comfortable activewear you can move in, and non-slip grip socks — they're required in the training area. Your own are perfectly fine; if you don't have any, you can buy them right at the studio (15 €).

How early should I arrive before class?

It's best to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before class starts — that way you can settle in and start relaxed.
